BGACC Sponsorship Guide
Publication Design
The 2026 Sponsorship Guide is a public facing marketing resource used by the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce to communicate event packages, sponsorship tiers, and partnership opportunities. The goal of this project was to modernize the guide, strengthen its visual hierarchy, and make it easier for businesses to quickly understand the value of each offering.
I was responsible for the full visual design and layout of the Sponsorship Guide. This included structuring the document, organizing content, creating icons and graphics, setting the color palette and typography, designing page layouts, and preparing everything for digital publication. I built the guide using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Flipsnack to produce a polished and interactive flipbook experience.
The Chamber needed a clean, professional guide that simplified a large amount of information without losing clarity. Previous versions were text heavy and inconsistent, so my focus was creating a design system that felt cohesive, easy to navigate, and aligned with Chamber branding while still being engaging enough to support sponsorship sales.
Content Organization
– Reviewed all sponsorship tiers and restructured the layout to create a clear flow for readers
Visual Design
– Developed updated icons, color treatments, and a consistent typographic style to improve readability and brand consistency
Layout and Formatting
– Designed each section with clear spacing, hierarchy, and visual markers so sponsors could easily compare packages
Digital Build
– Uploaded and formatted the final guide on Flipsnack to create an online flipbook that businesses could navigate and reference easily
The final Sponsorship Guide became a clean, modern resource used by Chamber leadership and staff throughout the sponsorship cycle. The improved layout and visual clarity helped make conversations with potential sponsors more efficient and supported overall event marketing and revenue goals.
